By accepting reports regarding legal violations, compliance issues, and other matters through this hotline, we will respond promptly and appropriately.
The privacy of whistleblowers is strictly protected, and we will not subject anyone to any adverse treatment based on their report or consultation. Please feel free to use this service with confidence.
[Reportable Matters]
The Internal Reporting Hotline accepts reports regarding the following types of incidents:
- Violations of Laws and Regulations
Acts that violate laws, regulations, or guidelines related to the company’s business operations - Inappropriate Conduct in the Workplace
Sexual harassment, power harassment, and discriminatory remarks or actions - Fraudulent Acts
Misappropriation of funds, fictitious invoices, embezzlement of money or goods, etc. - Conflicts of Interest
Personal transactions or actions that harm the company’s interests - Other Conduct Violating Corporate Ethics
Any conduct deemed to raise compliance concerns
*Please note that you may not submit false reports, reports intended to slander or defame others, reports intended to interfere with others’ work, reports that constitute illegal acts themselves, or reports that harm the legitimate interests of others or the public interest.
Additionally, you must not persistently submit reports on the same matter.

Please submit reports via email or telephone to the contact points listed below. As a general rule, please provide your name, department, and contact information when reporting. However, anonymous reports are also accepted upon request.
